July 9: 223.9. Down 0.5 pounds since yesterday, and up 0.2 since last Saturday. On track for August 14.
I expected to drop more over night. I really did.
On track, but only just. This week was pretty much a wash. No cheat day this weekend, and I'll see if I get to have one on Thursday.

Breakfast: yogurt.

Snack: Soylent, a few nuts.
Dinner: peppers & onions, beans, hand-made corn tortillas.
dessert: a couple of the vanilla meringues, berries.
Exercise: 30-45 minutes playing in the pool.
