July 10: 224.3. Up 0.4 pounds from yesterday. On track for August 24.

I expected to drop from yesterday. This is unexpected and a little disturbing.

    Lunch: Salad
    Snack: Plums and berries
    Dinner: Sushi.

    Exercise: For the first time, I ran a 10k on the treadmill.

    Probably the sushi is just taking time to process. So, today, I'll eat lite and we'll see.

  2. I have found day-to-day weight less useful than, say, a rolling three-day average, which is better at showing trends and evening out digestive blips.
