July 17: 218.1, down 2.6 pounds from yesterday. On track for July 25.
This isn't the most I've lost from one day to another, but it is up there. Daily fluctuations are big, and the key thing is the lows and highs are both getting a lot lower.

Late Breakfast: "two" tacos, which was really four small tacos.
ReplyDeleteDinner: We made a curry that didn't quite agree with me, and left me with a headache and trouble seeing for 20 minutes. I must be allergic to something.
Exercise: Not a lot. Walked about 2 miles over the course of an hour.
Tryed to see ghostbusters, but its not playing at the local theatre. Weird.
