July 11: 220.1. Down 4.2 pounds from yesterday. On track for July 22.

Bodies are weird.

I did expect to drop, but not 4 pounds. That's ridiculous.

  1. Breakfast: berries and yogurt

    Lunch: leftover taco stuff, making up a single taco.

    Second lunch (because that wasn't enough): brie, bread, grapes, balsamic vinaigrette, tomatoes, basil.

    Dinner: homemade gnocchi and sauce.

    Exercise: An hour playing in the pool before lunch.

    As usual, assume as much coffee and iced tea as you wish.
