Cheat day successful. I'm not pleased with the total gain, but damn. And hey, even after that cheat day, I am still on track. That's important.

Breakfast: omg, eggy sandwich and iced latte from our favorite place. Basically in the world.
ReplyDeleteLunch: Leftover pasta and ratatouille.
Snack: vanilla meringes, like 4 pistachios.
Dinner: 2 sushi rolls
After dinner: Here it is. Chocolates, ginger snaps, starbursts.
Assume as much tea and coffee and water as makes you comfortable.
Exercise: 30 minutes sitting and reading in the pool. I got a sunburn, so today's mid day exercise needs to be something else.
