What, I lost weight on a Thursday? That's a first. There were no snacks at game night, and I ordered something small for dinner.

Breakfast: eggs & potatoes

Snack: Cheese & crackers with grapes.
Dinner: a single rainbow roll.
Exercise: a quick 1k in the morning, half an hour reading in the pool at lunch.
Assume as much coffee and tea as you'd like.
