July 15: 220.6. Up 0.7 pounds from yesterday. On track for July 31.

That couldn't last long. Especially as I did basically nothing yesterday, and ate a bunch of crap after dinner.

Not incredibly disappointed. I'll just do better today.

    Lunch: Cheese, crackers, etc.
    Snack: Soylent
    Dinner: one sushi roll
    After dinner: Aye. Cookies & starburst.

    Exercise: None to speak of.

  2. Cheese is a fat binder and slows digestion. Some of that gain may go away after it finishes digesting.

  3. Probably, Joseph Teller ! I eat a lot of brie. It is delicious.

    Either way, today should be a two exercise today. I'm gonna hit the pool in the early afternoon, and expect to do some running later in the day.

  4. My wife is also a fan of brie. I tend more towards Chev (for crackers) and Cheddar/Monterey Jack. I have a great love for Feta.
