I see you didn't do Soylent yesterday, how often do you drink it? Have you ever looked at Jevity or Nutren? They're meal replacement drinks much like Soylent except made by teams of doctors and nutritionists for medical purposes. You can order Jevity on Amazon prime :)
Aaron Griffin We keep some soylent around. We're ordering 2 packs a month, so that's I think 24. Which means I have ~12 a month. Maybe a touch more.
I brought one to work yesterday, and didn't eat it simply because I wasn't hungry. My lunch was sufficiently filling, so now there's one in the work fridge.
I generally have it at work, as it is cheaper/healthier/makes me feel better than finding the sort of snacks I could purchase without thought. I generally prefer it to meal bars, though those are usually only 200 calories as opposed to Soylent's 400.
I may try the others later, but for now Soylent is getting the job done. I don't want to rock the boat this close to the end goal!
I'm glad your fasting is going well! I would find that incredibly difficult, and I admire your ability to do so!
Breakfast: egg & english muffin & jam
ReplyDeletelunch: brie & crackers & a hard-boiled egg & tomatoes
Dinner: frozen TJ's stuff
Desert: grapes
Exercise: 30 minutes playing in the pool.
Awesome. My fasting experiment is going well.
