July 12: 220.4. Up 0.3 pounds from yesterday. On track for July 25.

This is disappointing, but not entirely unexpected given the dramatic weight loss yesterday.

    Lunch: Brie, crackers, grapes, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette.
    Dinner: veggie tacos

    Exercise: At lunch, a 5k.
    After dinner: evening constitutional of about 5 kilometers.
