July 13: 220.1. Down 0.3 pounds from yesterday. On track for July 25.

Not bad at all. And yesterday proved something: I can eat what I want, just not as much as I grew accostomed to.

  1. Breakfast: Peaches & Cream
    Lunch: Brie & crackers & tomatoes & grapes & balsamic.
    Snack: Soylent
    Dinner: Half a personal pizza (delicious!), salad, and 2 beers.

    Exercise: Hung out in the cold pool for half an hour, walked about a mile.
