Not bad at all. And yesterday proved something: I can eat what I want, just not as much as I grew accostomed to.

Breakfast: Peaches & Cream

Snack: Soylent
Dinner: Half a personal pizza (delicious!), salad, and 2 beers.
Exercise: Hung out in the cold pool for half an hour, walked about a mile.
