HEY, GUYS!

Guess who just won a bet?

This guy. The check is shredded by the evil genius who was holding it. I've lost 12.5 pounds in 33 days. That's more more than 2 pounds a week.

Until I take another bet, this'll be the last post in this collection. I will probably do another one between August and October, but today I spend in freedom and reflection.

  1. breakfast: eggy sandwiches out, skim latte
    Lunch: brie & monterey jack, crakcers, tomatoes & carrots
    Snack: Grapes
    Dinner: Fresh pasta with veg, from blue apron

    Exercise: read in the pool during lunch, ran a 5k after work.

    Expect more in this space next month (August). No promises, but that's kinda the plan. I've got another 15 I'd like to drop.

  3. Maybe focus on a secondary goal next? Like keep tracking the weight but like... I dunno, work on pushups or your mile time or something? That's what I'd do. Switch goals for a few weeks as a breather.

    Those particular ones are really quite difficult for me. I've got a problem with my left knee, such that it is (so says the doctor) generally a bad idea for me to focus on time. last time I did a bunch of pushups, it maybe led to further knee problems.

    Now, tracking actually doing my PT? That's probably really reasonable.
