July 24: 217.5, down 0.8 pounds from yesterday. On track for July 31.

After a day of fantastic food and touristing, I lost weight. Surprising!

    Lunch: Brie panini, side salad. One beer.
    Dinner: Half of a personal pizza, salad. Two beers.

    Exercise: A mile and a half that google knows about (outside), plus plenty of walking around Natural History.

  2. I had an interesting water-weight episode yesterday that made me think of your ongoing efforts:

    Weight at 8a.m., before bicycling: 157.6
    Weight at 10a.m., after bicycling (only input water from bottle, only output sweat): 155.6

    It was a very good day for shedding weight into the air.

  3. Yeah. The day to day is mostly here as a commitment mechanism. It's the weekly changes, shown on Saturday, that matter most. And to publicly talk about weight.

    The good thing is I'm down almost ten pounds over about a month. I've got two and a half left to lost, and a month to do it in.
