July 19: 218.2, up 0.4 pounds from yesterday. On track for July 27.

Basically expected; I did very little yesterday.

    Lunch: 2 slices pizza
    snack: homemade bread, farmers market jam.
    Dinner: remaining 2 slices pizza.
    desert: shared TJ's Fireworks chocolate bar.

    Exercise: None to speak of. Was going to run, but the storm made the treadmill stop working.

  2. Half a pound could easily be explained by higher salt intake, too. Especially if it drops tomorrow.

  3. Yep, Aaron Griffin  ! I'm over a month ahead of schedule, and these fluctuations bother me a lot less than in the beginning of using this incentive mechanism.

    I probably won't complete before my sister visits (Friday), but that was always a long shot.
