July 6: 224.1. Up 2 pounds from yesterday. On track for August 5.
This is really unexpected; I was hungry most of the day. I didn't do any exercise, so maybe that was it. Or that I only had two cups of coffee.
Who knows. Bodies are weird, and I'll count this measurement towards that.

breakfast: yogurt

Lunch: quinoa and ratatouille
Dinner: ratatouille, salad, two types of cheese, bread.
Desert: TJ's cracklin chocolate.
Again, not sure what happened. Only two cups of coffee, and bodies are weird.
Exercise: None, because metro suuuuucked.
More coffee. Need 4 cups a day to keep the colon properly cleansed.
