September 9: 209.1, down 0.7 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 17.

I'm still up for the week, and would need to drop another pound just to maintain this week.

This is getting harder as I get closer to 200. I'll make it, but the things I do will get more and more aggressive as the deadline (end of October) approaches.
