September 20: 211.5. Up from yesterday & very much off track.
Today is an Operation Soylent day. A real breakfast (egg and hashbrown, approx 200 calories), soylent for lunch (400), and for dinner. That's approx 1,000 calories. I'll also go get on the the treadmill.
If I get hungry, I'll drink more soylent.
I'm almost 3 pounds off track. This has helped before.
