September 8: 209.8, up 3.1 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 21.
I guess that's what happens when I have an appetite again.
breakfast: Egg & hasbrown
Lunch: soylent
Second lunch: baked ziti
Dinner: pasta & bread
Dessert: Way to many store bought cookies.
I weighed in last night for funsies, and was at 212. More than 2 pounds lost overnight, and nearly six pounds up for the day.
Insane. Bodies are weird.
