September 24: 207.6, up 0.2 pounds from yesterday. Slightly off track.
This is OK; after several days of loss, I expected this to occur. I'll just get back on track tomorrow.
And now? Now's time to try running. I haven't in a week, as the race was downhill and hurt for days.
