September 1: 211.1, up 0.4 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 18.
Whatever. Yesterday, I:
1. ran a 5k faster than any non race day time.
2. Made a delicious blue apron meal.
3. implemented a new algorithm to solve a bizarre work problem.
And, I'm up nearly half a pound. I didn't get a lot of sleep, so I'll blame that. I've got to decide if I get to eat candy at game night tonight or not.
Not sure. Not sure at all.

ReplyDeleteNormally the day to day measurements are there just as a reminder, because I know they don't tell me what i need to know. The most recent weekly measurement was a change of effectively zero pounds, which has me on edge this week.
