September 3: Less sick. 12 hours of sleep will do that. Down 2.4 pounds from yesterday, and on track for October 4.

September 3: Less sick. 12 hours of sleep will do that. Down 2.4 pounds from yesterday, and on track for October 4.

That's what happens when you have no appetite. Yesterday was mostly liquids. Dianne made me a perfect grilled cheese sandwhich, and I ate it mechanically. Being sick is terrible.

Still, if it can get me losing again? Worth it.
