September 15: 208.3*, up 0.4 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 21.

September 15: 208.3*, up 0.4 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 21.

* After a morning run. Before the run, there was something wrong with my scale. Running it fixed.

On that note: best. 5k. time. ever. I beat my race-day best!

And just in time: the next race is in two days!
