September 11: 209.7, down 0.2 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 26.
This week started at 208 -- thanks to the cold -- meaning I am up almost 2 pounds for the week.
Unless there's a radical shift today, tomorrow begins Operation Soylent. That's where you get kinda scared and have a soylent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And as much coffee as you want.
This'll be the first time I try such a crazy thing.
