September 14: 207.9, down 2.0 pounds from yesterday. BACK ON TRACK, and for October 17.

September 14: 207.9, down 2.0 pounds from yesterday. BACK ON TRACK, and for October 17.

I ate about a thousand calories yesterday, and ran a 5k.

And, sure, also drank as much coffee and water as I wanted. I'm not crazy. I might do this once a week.
