This makes sense; Thursdays are a built in cheat day and this is better than I expected.
In related news, someone I hadn't seen in a month said I look like I've lost weight. So, there's that.

Oh did you take "before" pics? You don't need to post them anywhere, but it's super useful to take pics of yourself before weight loss and then take pics at stages when you feel stuck or down.
ReplyDeleteI'm up like 2lbs from a few days ago, but I ate a box of candy while watching TV, and am flush with glycogen :)
I should have! Even at this point, I absolutely feel a difference in how my clothes fit and the shape of my face. Or maybe I'm making things up.
