August 31: 210.7, down 1.2 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 11.

August 31: 210.7, down 1.2 pounds from yesterday. On track for October 11.

Better. Another 2 pounds this week and I'll be where I want to be.

    Breakfast: home made cinnamon bread, toasted. With coffee.
    Lunch: Soylent
    Dinner: pasta, sauce & veg
    Dessert: An overly large hunk of cinnamon bread.

    I didn't run. Wasn't feeling up to it. Down a pound, so I did something right.
