August 19: 210.7, down 1.7 pounds from yesterday. On track for September 13.

  1. I didn't sleep well. Tossed and turned and got up in the middle of the night.

    Before going to bed, I weighed in. I was up half a pound for the day, which is on the low end for a day. I felt hungry.

    This means I lost over 2 pounds while not sleeping well. I guess that makes sense, given that I didn't eat for 8 hours.
