Almost there!
Aaron Griffin This is getting closer than I want. Got any suggestions for quick ways to lose the last few?
Hmm higher protein and lower sodium is my go to to steady changes. And all you can eat broccoli :)
At this point, I'd be happy to cut the remaining six fast. If it comes back later, then I've still won the bet.
After a morning 5k: 204.6. Love that water weight.
I'd go low sodium (low processed food) as much as possible. That should keep water retention down. High protein will do similar and help reduce hunger in my experience.
Running a 5k puts me down about a pound. So ... if I run for five hours, I should lose well over five pounds of water, right?I'm pretty sure that a) wouldn't work, and b) might cause an immediate medical event.
