  2. That's not bad, you can do it. Just gotta stay focused for the month (which sucks).

    If it helps psychologically, specify a cheat meal ahead of time (say maybe pancakes for breakfast on Sunday) and use that to help motivate you through the week (no pancakes if I don't eat right).

    I like chest breakfasts, because I usually make up for it during the day ;)
