I did until I was on my medical diet. While I was burning fat I never felt that way. Now that I'm back to eating badly (though not as badly as I have in the past), the pain has returned.
depends on how hungry I am... and before I had diabetes skipping 2-3 meals would lead to painful hunger... now that I have to keep a much closer eye on my blood sugar level I rarely get to the point of painful hunger.
It's very complicated, part of the eating disorder. I just don't feel it most of the time.
ReplyDeleteMickey Schulz I know I do, and recently saw a similar poll. I was shocked that most people do not.

ReplyDeleteLike a fire in my stomach. Or a coal.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds painful, Robert Bohl
ReplyDeleteIt's not that bad. It's like a very mild fire, cool coal, but it hurts a little, yeah.
