April 21 - Up pounds.
Something weird is going on. Bodies are weird.
Hopeful that a good breakfast + soylent lunch + pre-dinner workout will do some magic.
I was hoping to be ahead today and to be able to reasonably have a beer or two. This did not happen, and now I am sad.

true, bodies are weird. the day after I work out I usually weigh more. Also! my bosses are drinking soylent and it always makes me think of you. I tried one and it was very gross to me.

ReplyDeleteWas it Soylent 2.0, the premixed variety? When we tried the powder it was gross.
This'll be the third day in a row that I work out. Tomorrow I won't be in the gym, but I'll probably wind up walking a lot on the national mall.
It was whatever comes in the white bottles. So probably pre-mixed? My taste buds need more sugar.

ReplyDeleteFor me, it is a great meal replacement to help control caloric consumption during the work day.
I think they're keeping them around for powering through.

ReplyDeleteAnyway, workday soylent does seem to help. Planning to do that several times this week.
