April 21 - Up pounds.

Something weird is going on. Bodies are weird.

Hopeful that a good breakfast + soylent lunch + pre-dinner workout will do some magic.

I was hoping to be ahead today and to be able to reasonably have a beer or two. This did not happen, and now I am sad.

  1. true, bodies are weird. the day after I work out I usually weigh more. Also! my bosses are drinking soylent and it always makes me think of you. I tried one and it was very gross to me.

  2. If its gross, then don't drink it!

    Was it Soylent 2.0, the premixed variety? When we tried the powder it was gross.

    This'll be the third day in a row that I work out. Tomorrow I won't be in the gym, but I'll probably wind up walking a lot on the national mall.

  3. It was whatever comes in the white bottles. So probably pre-mixed? My taste buds need more sugar.

  4. Yeah, that's 2.0. Its not for everyone!

    For me, it is a great meal replacement to help control caloric consumption during the work day.

    Anyway, workday soylent does seem to help. Planning to do that several times this week.
