I can't imagine you'll find anything other than very rough estimates. It's just not something anyone particularly cares about. It's the bit inbetween all the things that everyone does care about.
Brian Ashford I've found a little bit of info, basically suggesting towns in the American West are ~60%+ roads, towns in the East Coast are ~40%, and old European cities are ~25%.
