-- Sexual threats are never OK.
-- Sexual harassment is never OK.
-- Sexual assault is never OK.

    Yeah, imma gonna go with "both".

    There are some specific examples where that's not the case, but they are such a rare and statistically unlikely scenario that they basically don't exist.

    So, both.
