Less than 9 weeks until Nerdly.

I haven't been doing super good on this one, guys. I'm going to go back to daily updates, which should help keep me on better track.

  2. 210 or below is the goal. So, almost six pounds left.

    Handling it how I usually do: incentives that modify my desires, and cause me to run more / eat less / drink less.

    Is that the specifics of your plan? Are you measuring anything in anyway to help define "less"? It might be preaching to the choir, but en.wikipedia.org - SMART criteria - Wikipedia definitely helps these sorts of things.

  4. What's always worked for me isn't so much making plans -- I'll ignore them -- but having consequences. Usually, these are financial -- money going to a shitty organization if I fail -- but I am trying something new: crowdsourced consequences that I cannot control.

    And yes: I've been running more, for sure. I think I've been eating and drinking less, but not as much less as I would like -- based on results so far.
