Have you been running more / eating less / drinking less?
Is that the specifics of your plan? Are you measuring anything in anyway to help define "less"? It might be preaching to the choir, but en.wikipedia.org - SMART criteria - Wikipedia definitely helps these sorts of things.
What's always worked for me isn't so much making plans -- I'll ignore them -- but having consequences. Usually, these are financial -- money going to a shitty organization if I fail -- but I am trying something new: crowdsourced consequences that I cannot control.
And yes: I've been running more, for sure. I think I've been eating and drinking less, but not as much less as I would like -- based on results so far.
What's the goal? And how are you tackling it?
