Because no, you don't have to tell players not to be Nazis, and doing so is unlikely to deter anyone who actually is a Nazi, so it's pointless. But yes, you might want to specify that you do not want to play any games set in Germany between the years 1933 and 1945 inclusive, or any alternate history settings in which Nazis exist, if that's really so.
Also... William Nichols because tensions are running pretty high right now, I want to clarify: I'm not questioning your choices in any way. I just want to get a better handle on the games you are willing to play. And maybe that's a conversation for another time.
