While I've no doubt those words have been used that way, I'd be very skeptical that that is anywhere near the most common use.
In the ongoing culture war between the deplorable denizens of Flyover Country against their hated enemy: the liberal cosmopolitan coastal elites who use words like Deplorables and Flyover Country, I doubt "Jewish" occurs to any meaningful percentage of folks.
No, but I have a front row seat to the people who use those words all the time.
Definitions:
Cosmopolitan: anything related to arrogant hipster urbanites who look down their noses at country folk for not being cultured enough.
Coastal Elites: Rich Banksters and Trust Fund Babies who join Private Gentlemen's Clubs where they use their wealth and influence to screw over country folk.
Liberal: fake do-gooders in the service of the Coastal Elites who steal money from hard working country folk in order to buy votes.
This is how I have heard them used in Southwest Virginia ( Appalachia)
Definitions:
Cosmopolitan: Anyone with more money than me.
Coastal Elites: Anyone with more education than me.
Liberal: Anyone more left/progressive than me.
antisemitism, anti-catholic, anti-atheist, and racist beliefs were linked but separate.
I experienced a very prideful and simultaneously self-hating society. They want pity and Gov't and private assistance, but would never be caught dead taking "welfare" or "charity". ugh.
It sometimes comes with a side order of "queer".
