It won't happen until the House of Representatives seriously believe their own base will kick all of them out of office in 2018 for delaying. For that to happen, polls would have to show that even the serious Trumpist true-believers were abandoning him. I don't see that Comey's firing influences the Trumpists at all, so I don't think this incident changes anything.
I agree with Brandes. The needle didn't move on Watergate or the Clinton impeachment until sufficient members of the President's own party turned on him. There is no indication that there is literally anything whatsoever that will cause this to happen.
Yes. I'm calling 'never'. He might wind up in political exile, but I don't think the Republican establishment is going to tolerate the idea that kleptocrats can be held to account.
