When I get back here, I'm always shocked at how different ~210 feels than ~220.

When I get back here, I'm always shocked at how different ~210 feels than ~220.

I don't notice the sluggishness increasing as I go up. I do notice the energy levels increasing as I lose weight.

Weird, bodies.

Sometime this summer, plan is 200. Maybe even 190 (haha, yeah right.).

  2. Yes, summer is when this has happened in the last.

    Getting to 210 takes a little bit consciousness: Eat less, exercise more.

    Getting to 200 is historically much harder, as I need to break a lot of habits.

    I have never gotten to 190. I've probably not weighed under 200 since I was a kid.
