When I get back here, I'm always shocked at how different ~210 feels than ~220.
I don't notice the sluggishness increasing as I go up. I do notice the energy levels increasing as I lose weight.
Weird, bodies.
Sometime this summer, plan is 200. Maybe even 190 (haha, yeah right.).

Summer's good for incentivizing such plans.

ReplyDeleteGetting to 210 takes a little bit consciousness: Eat less, exercise more.
Getting to 200 is historically much harder, as I need to break a lot of habits.
I have never gotten to 190. I've probably not weighed under 200 since I was a kid.
Also: my pants don't fit.
