Cauliflower rice and nori/furikake? That's what I had for breakfast and it was awesome (not many calories, though, for something so filling).
If your ordiering in, Chinese food. If your cooking it'll expend on what you have, but if you have ground beef, onions and garlic I'd recommend a nice burger with the garlic and opinions diced and mixed into the patty. Then something green on top
Thai food? Mostly I offer that because I was looking to order food and my options are Thai or Pizza, and you indicate a no dairy preference.
