Pretty sure I pulled my plantar during a run this morning. Again.

Pretty sure I pulled my plantar during a run this morning. Again.

I kept running, because I'm an idiot. Slower and slower.

Should I stop running?

  7. A break and a trip to the doctor or physical therapist is probably called for. If you screw yourself up too bad there will be no exercise at all. :(
