214.2 -- down 1.6 pounds from yesterday. Somehow.

Goal: 210 or under by Nerdly.

Stakes.
If I fail: Tony won't see Avengers in theaters, Patty will drink an icky soda.

If I win: Kim will write an article on use of power in Marvel movies and it's political consequences in Civil War versus Black Panther. Dylan will hand over $25 to Give Directly. Dianne will see a movie of my choice, and not complain for 24 hours.

  1. And in case anyone is worried: Yes, I am eating. Yesterday was a hot breakfast, 2 apples, soylent for lunch, mac n cheese for dinner, and a reasonable easter candy desert.

    It's the soylent. Days I eat soylent for a meal I generally lose weight. And it's ... fine.

  2. What's hot breakfast? I'm back in diet mode after a long time not being able to get back on my diet, and I could use breakfast ideas - especially stuff with some protein content.

    When I'm dieting, I don't eat much so I try to figure out stuff with some protein content. Otherwise, I fill up on fruit and tomatoes which have no protein.
