213.1 - down 1.6 pounds.
Under 210 is within my sights.
Yesterday was a weird food day:
-- Finished off the homemade pop tarts, so had one of these for breakfast.
-- Apple around 11
-- Soylent for lunch
-- At 4:30, I was famished. A woman in the office offered me some almonds.
-- Got home, we weren't super hungry. Had a small, relatively early dinner.
-- A couple of drinks.
That's not a lot of calories, yet I felt fine all day.
