I'm not certain. It seems a little light, especially with a Celeron and very vague graphics details. (but if it would run Minecraft, I might get it for my kid!)

The processor is a bit more powerful than the minimum, and the ram is at minimum, but I'm guessing the integrated graphics are below spec. Hard to say what will happen if you try, but my guess is you'll have crashing issues unless you can reduce the graphics settings a whole bunch.
