How on earth does the Kentucky Clerk still have the position? And isn't, ya know, fired for not doing the job?

  1. well, I'd know that if i did my research. Good work.

So, the interesting thing then, is how long can an elected representative of the people continue to flout the law and the constitution before such time as ... something happens. I don't even know what would need to happen, if the people keep voting for this.
